*                      while reading data there is a small     *
*                      window where an object leak can occur   *

In a close while reading scenario, the websocket code needs to
coordinate one thread reading data while another thread closing
the connection.  Most of the time this occurs with no object
being leaked, but there is a small timing window where
websockets will behave correctly from a functional standpoint,
but some objects will not be released.

Problem conclusion

The close while reading timing window decribed previously was
fixed to not leak any objects.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.2   Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
