APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • A load job may hang if the source dataset has been migrated to
level 2 (tape) at the time the job is run.

Local fix

  • Add an IEFBR14 step prior to the load with a DD that references
the source dataset so that the recall is performed prior to the
load.
