IBM HTTP Server v9 install does not create a Windows service with the non-system account specified during installation

However, it is not created without any Installation Manager error or warning messages.
Problem conclusion
This is caused by the missing of the postinstall IUs which create windows services. The fix is to add these IUs in Installation Manager postinstall phase. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 9.0.0.4.
