  The AD contains approximately 10,000 Legacy Tables. Optim
  dynamically allocates each data set as it is to be processed but
  does not deallocate the data sets until the process is
  completed.  At some point the number of allocations for the
  address space is exceeded.
  

Problem conclusion

• Optim will now deallocate the data set after it is closed.
