  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When a mismatch in columns in           *
  *                      ADBDBETLIST and insert statement        *
  *                      is encountered, error message           *
  *                      "ADB5146E Unexpected SQLCODE -117       *
  *                      in :Insert DBETList" is observed.       *

  When users use Batch Restart Program ADBTEP2 to restart a WSL,
  the restart fails with error message ADB5146E / msgadb5146e
  because of a mismatch in columns in ADBDBETLIST and insert
  statement.
