PI77124: PLUGIN DOESN'T PERSIST CUSTOM SERVERIOTIMEOUT VALUE TO EXISTING STREAM

Error description

Plugin doesn't persist custom serveriotimeout value to existing
stream when using SetEnvIf within httpd.conf.

For example

SetEnvIf Request_URI "^/mw/servlet/SOMEEXAMPLE"
websphere-serveriotimeout=300

The ServerIOTimeout fires on the above URL within the default
timeout of 60 seconds.

Problem seen in plugin 8.5.5.11

Customers using PM94198 to define a custom time out value have
seen that it isn't honored if the request is sent over an
existing socket.

Problem conclusion

A fix was applied to correct the behavior.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.45, 8.0.0.14, 8.5.5.12, 9.0.0.4.  Please refer
