Error description

• When a package is selected from the list of packages and
  selected for a rebind (RB) its name is translated to upper case
  when displayed in panel ADB21KR.

  *                      characters are still translated to      *
  *                      upper case.                             *

  When the 'Capitalize object names' is set to 'NO' on panel
  ADB2P2, mixed case package names containing lower case
  characters such as "selectSYSXMLStrings", are translated to
  upper case when using BIND & REBIND requests on a package.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been resolved.
  Missing quote issue is found in DB2 Administration Tool
  for z/OS Version 12, Release 1. The issue will
  be fixed later.
