Problem seen:

WASX7015E: Exception running command:
"AdminTask.republishEDMessages('[<command parameters>]')";
exception information:
javax.management.JMRuntimeException: CWWMN0022E: Access is
denied for the republishMessages operation on
SIBPublicationPoint MBean because of insufficient or empty
credentials.
----
when security is enabled and the task is run with the admin
security role set.

Problem conclusion

Added transfer of context Subject to thread pool thread used
to invoke republishMessages on individual mBeans.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 8.0.0.14, 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to
