Error description
Startup splash screen of PMT shows its version as V8.5 rather than V9.0 in locale except en_US. Wrong .bmp file for splash screen can be found here: <WAS9_HOME>/bin/ProfileManagement/eclipse64/plugins/com.ibm.ws.p mt.tools.nls.<locale>_8.0.0.jar/nl/<locale>/<locale>/splash.bmp

Problem conclusion
