  When appending a column to an index in the CM path,
  Object Compare generates an additional ADMIN ALTER
  INDEX ..COLUMN colname ordering statement which
  leads to error message msgadbc002e / ADBC002E:
  
  No Object row found to match delta row - rowtype=KY
  ADBC002E - severe error. Merge terminates
