  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 01.If an SSL exception gets hit in      *
  *                         XMLparser on the server while        *
  *                         reading bytes for a file transfer,   *
  *                         an infinite loop that consumes high  *
  *                         CPU will hurt performance for all    *
  *                         using the server                     *
  *                      02.In zOS Explorer, the Migrate,        *
  *                         HRecall and HDelete actions may be   *
  *                         unnecessarily accessible to users    *
  *                      03.In zOS Explorer, timestamps of       *
  *                         files saved between midnight and     *
  *                         1am may be represented as 24:xx of   *
  *                         the previous day instead of being    *
  *                         set to 00:xx of the current day.     *
  *                      04.The host codepage is not set         *
  *                         correctly for JMON after a           *
  *                         disconnect due to inactivity         *
  *                         timeout for JMON connection.         *
  *                      05.IBM Explorer for z/OS: abend 0C4     *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  01.If an SSL exception gets hit in XMLparser on the server
     while reading bytes for a file transfer, an infinite loop
     that consumes high CPU will hurt performance for all using
     the server
  02.Depending on site restrictions, the Migrate, HRecall and
     HDelete actions may be reserved for system programmer use,
     and regular z/OS Explorer users may be discouraged or
     disallowed from using them from the z/OS Explorer user
     interface.
  03.z/OS Explorer performs incorrect timezone calculations when
     the local time is between midnight and 1am.
  04.After JMON connection is timed out and another connection is
     created, JES miner in z/OS Explorer server does not send the
     current code page information to JMON server.
  05.SYSLOG will show messages like:

Problem conclusion

• 01.The infinite loop occurs because upon hitting the SSL
     exception, RSE does not exit out of the read method. By
     returning upon hitting the exception, the loop will be
     avoided.
  02.A new setting may be added to the z/OS Explorer host
     configuration file rse.env in order to disable the use of
     the Migrate, HRecall and HDelete actions in the z/OS
     Explorer user interface: _RSE_JAVAOPTS="$_RSE_JAVAOPTS
     -DDISABLE_MIGRATE_HRECALL_HDELETE=true"
  03.z/OS Explorer host modules are updated to fix this issue.
  04.z/OS Explorer server is updated to send the code page
     information in new established connections.
  05.The host modules are updated not to free the heap storage
     while the request is ongoing when a session is disconnected.
     Also, the condition handler is updated not to touch to the
     heap storage area if the abend occurs in the condition
     handler itself.
