• CQM Abnormal Termination with DUMP TITLE
  -> DB2 QUERY MONITOR TTXTW SUBTASK ABEND.

  An S0C4 ABEND caused by an invalid TEXT_HASH address picked up
  from the text token hash table may cause abnormal termination of
  the Query Monitor Collector started task.
