Error description
The services record calculation for arrays was not handling the offsets from record alignment properly and would produce results from data offsets. Condition throws the following example error: Conversion to SOAP failed com.ibm.ws.webservices.engine.webservicesFault:DFHPI1008 XML generation failed because of incorrect input (Array_Container_Too_Small arrayName)

Problem conclusion
The alignment was correct before a previous apar was created. This caused a regression. The software has been updated to be correct now.
