Error description

• When using the ephpdf component of Library Server, PDFs that are
  created from MS Word documents using the "Actions" function of
  Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (2015) get RC=20 when attempting to create
  an ALS index for these PDFs.
  
  Specifically, the properties for the failing PDFs indicate
  Producer=Adobe PDF Library 15.0 and Creator=Acrobat PDFMaker 15
  for Word.
  

Local fix

• Create the PDF using the "Create PDF" button in MS Word
  or use "File -> Create -> PDF" from File in Abcrobat Pro,
