  ABEND0C1 occurs in reloading HALDB segment that is compressed by
  a compression routine with INIT option.
  Under these conditions, the entry point of compression routine
  saved by HP Load may become obsolete after the INIT process.
  

Problem conclusion

• HP Load has been modified to retake the entry point of
  compression routine after the INIT process of the compression
  routine.
