  DRF uses GET LOCATE to read the image copy records during
  recovery.  When the image copy is VBS the record segments are
  not always re-constructed correctly.  This can cause the record
  lengths to be interrupted incorrectly and pick up the RBN from
  the wrong location.  The sequence check during input will then
  issue the U0385-0000000A AbEnd thinking the recovery record
  sequence is incorrect.
  

Problem conclusion

• The GetInRec procedure is changed to use GET MOVE rather than
  GET LOCATE.
