Error description

• When accessing PRA/RLS RECON data sets VSAM OPEN errors can
  occur
  IEC161I 006-027
  resulting in MSG AUIJ014E--OPEN FAILED for DD SYS00xxx being
  issued by
  the AUIL/AUIF tasks.
  This is due to the VSAM OPEN we do in AUIRCNVS being
  incompatible with
  the OPEN done in the IMS SCI address space.
