When feature monitor-1.0 was enabled, the Liberty server was
experiencing a slow memory leak, because the statistic data for
terminated threads was never cleaned up.

Problem conclusion

This problem only happens if the feature monitor-1.0 is
enabled.

Code has been corrected so that the statistic data will be
cleaned up and the calculation will not be affected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix
pack 17.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates page for
delivery information:

Temporary fix

No workaround. If possible, restart the Liberty server or
disable the feature monitor-1.0.
