Error description

• By default, list view controls containing date field columns
  display these using the same format that is used to display
  dates in a query result set. This format is controlled by the
  browser language and the user preferences (User preferences ->
  Result Set).
  When the deferred loading of reference lists is enabled on the
  database, the contents of the list are not loaded by default,
  but the users need to press the "Load XXX" button to get these
  contents. When this is done, the format of any date column is
  not anymore the expected format but some sort of format using
  GMT, such as "2016-11-30T15:04:35Z".

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.14 and 9.0.0.4.
  Dates in the List View control now have the correct timezone and

  enabled on ClearQuest Web.
