    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When using WebSphere Application *
    * Server 9, the connection count can *
    *                      become wrong resulting in J2CA0045E     *

    ****************************************************************
    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When using WebSphere Application Server version 9 with some
    JDBC drivers, you will see the following error:
    LocalTranCoor An Error occurred in afterCompletion.
    java.lang.AbstractMethodError:
    java/sql/Connection.setNetworkTimeout(Ljava/util/concurrent/Exec
    uto
    r;I) at
    com.ibm.ws.rsadapter.spi.WSRdbManagedConnectionImpl.setNetworkTi
    meo
    ut(WSRdbManagedConnectionImpl.java:6530)
    The error causes a problem when cleaning up connections, which
    causes the connection count to become incorrect. This can
    lead to the connection pool becoming full with fewer than the
    maximum number of connections and lead to J2CA0045E errors.
