LocalTranCoor 3 An Error occurred in afterCompletion. java.lang.AbstractMethodError: java/sql/Connection.setNetworkTimeout(Ljava/util/concurrent/Exec utor;I)V at com.ibm.ws.rsadapter.spi.WSRdbManagedConnectionImpl.setNetworkTi meout(WSRdbManagedConnectionImpl.java:6530) This causes the connection cleanup to not process correctly which results in the connection count becoming wrong, leading to the J2CA0045E.

This can lead to the connection pool becoming full with fewer than the maximum number of connections and lead to J2CA0045E errors.
Problem conclusion
The code was updated to correctly handle JDBC drivers that throw an AbstractMethodError. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 9.0.0.3.
