  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This enhancement adds support to        *
  *                      allow users to filter and carry         *
  *                      out accelerator operations, based       *
  *                      on specific change types of tables.     *
  *                      Support is also added to allow the      *
  *                      user to specify wild card characters    *
  *                      for table names in batch.  This         *
  *                      enables more user control on what       *
  *                      type of tables are included in          *
  *                      accelerator operations in both          *
  *                      online and batch modes, thereby         *
  *                      greatly enhancing usability             *
  *                      and performance, especially for         *
  *                      high latency bulk operations            *
  *                      (like LOAD).                            *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This enhancement adds support to improve usability and
  performance of accelerator operations (viz. ADD, DELETE,
  ENABLE, DISABLE and LOAD tables) in both online and batch
  modes, by allowing users to specify table change filtering
  criteria and wild card characters.
  
  ONLINE mode:
  ISPF panel interface allows a user to filter and
  display tables based on the change attributes. This can
  be achieved using new DISOPT primary command on panel
  ADBPZAT 'Display Accelerated Tables' and specifying
  change filter attributes as below.
  
  Change category:
    NONE, RELOAD_REQUIRED,
  RELOAD_RECOMMENDED, UNKNOWN
  Change Type:
    DataChange, DataChangeInReplicatedTable
  
  Note: Both change type mentioned above falls in
  "Data changed" panel filter option.
  
  BATCH mode:
  - Additional keywords can be specified in the LOAD
  statement for a more granular operation:
  
  LOCKMODE  NONE|PARTITIONS|ROW|TABLESET
  CHANGE FILTER  NONE|RECOMMENDED|

  - Double quoted wild card characters can be specified in
