Error description

    This commands throws errors when all the App JVMs in the target
    Node are already down:
    
    wsadmin>AdminServerManagement.stopAllServers("IBM-Node01")

Local fix

  • Make sure servers are running when running this command then it
    will not throw any error.

    The AdminServerManagement.stopAllServers() script
    library should not throw an error when all servers were
    already stopped.
    

Problem conclusion

  • It is a bug in AdminServerManagement.stopAllServers() script
    library and it should not throw the error when all servers
    were already stopped.
    
    The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
    fix pack 8.0.0.14, 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.4.  Please refer to the
