  • When using the IIDR Change Data Capture for z/OS metadata print
utility, CHCMDPRT, the output for "current version DDL
timestamp" is truncated at the left. The year is not displayed.

* RECOMMENDATION: APPLY CORRECTIVE SERVICE                     *

A field in the internal data structures used to collect the
metadata information was defined inconsistently and as a result
the information used to display the timestamp was misaligned.
This field should be defined consistently throughout.

Problem conclusion

  • The inconsistently described field has been changed to use a
single, symbolic definition of its attributes.
