Error description

• CSQUTIL MAKEDEF with DISPLAY CHLAUTH(*) ALL output does not
  contain keyword WARN(YES) for a TYPE BLOCKUSER . The SYSPRINT
  of the output DOES display the WARN (YES).

  CSQUTIL MAKEDEF/MAKEALT only generates keyword WARN in SET
  CHLAUTH commands when the keyword USERSRC(NOACCESS) is present.
  This is not correct for SET CHLAUTH TYPE(BLOCKUSER or BLOCKADDR)
  commands.
  

Problem conclusion

• CSQUTIL MAKEDEF/MAKEALT has been changed to generate WARN for
  the SET CHLAUTH commands when appropriate.
