Error description

• Although the PTF UI43511 (or PTF HZ47502Q) for RFE83994
  (PB44462) is applied and DB2 HPU being run against DB2 V11 NFM
  subsystem, the results of an unload involving expressions with
  CHAR(decimal_data) and VARCHAR(decimal_data) run in SQL mode and
  run in native mode differ from each other.
  This can occur if the DB2 setting for BIF_COMPATIBILITY has been
  changed (from CURRENT to V9_xxx or vice versa) and DB2 HPU has
  not been rebound afterwards.
