Error description

  • Validation of CDC z/OS target-side expressions will fail with a
CHC0736I error message and no preceding error message if the
source table has more than 750 columns, which is the DB2 z/OS
limit.
Local fix: De-select the source columns that are not mapped to
target columns, re-describe and remap so that less than 750
columns are described to the target.

Target-side expression validation includes an unnecessary check
of the number of columns in the source table. This check should
be removed.
