Error description

• Data set error - CCQS019E and "Alloc DD(CCQPRINT).." fails with
  RC(12).

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The customer reported                   *
  *                      "Data set error - CCQS019E The          *
  *                      required trace data set, dsn is         *
  *                      currently not accessible."              *
  *                      Executing the Tools Customizer          *
  *                      SCCQEXEC(CCQTCZ) a second time, even    *
  *                      though the dataset, dsn, does exist     *
  *                      with satisfactory RACF settings.        *
  *                      This PTF corrects the SCCQEXEC(CCQTCZ)  *
  *                      so the REXX can be stopped and started  *
  *                      again without problem.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: APPLY the PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  Code has been changed to correct this condition.
