Error description

• When Browsing a compressed input file not all records are
  displayed and the message "Window Duration reached", instead of
  "Bottom of Data", is displayed.

Problem conclusion

• When Browsing a compressed input file use DCB EODAD to handle
  End-of-file condition rather than rely on DS1LSTAR/DS1TTTHI to
  determine End-of-file.
