Error description

• STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  
  - Setup RIT to RQM integration
  - In RIT, create a suite which involves several steps as part of
  your scenario. An example would be to gather a test to publish a
  message on one of you MQ queue and another test to subscribe to
  another MQ queue. Make sure to use the feature "Load scenario
  from Rational Test Control Panel". That implies to have
  published a stub on RTCP and save that as a scenario from RTCP
  first. As part of your suite, one of your test should fail with
  an error rather that being flagged as failed (that problem does
  not happen when having a failure like an exception).
  A typical situation where this problem could happen would be
  after having upgraded RIT / RIT Agent and not having run Library
  Manager on the agent. In such case, the test would fail (because
  not finding the proper libraries, thus not deploying the stub)
  but the overall RQM verdict would be Pass.
  - When ready, export your suite to RQM
  - Run your Suite through RQM and monitor its execution to check
  you have indeed an error
  - Review RQM overall status : it is flagged as Pass when it
  should be Fail
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:
  
  The RQM overall execution status should be Fail.
  
  ACTUAL RESULTS:
  
  The current RQM overall status in such situation is Pass.
