PI74234: ALLOCATION ERROR WHEN USING CONSISTENT FLASH COPY IMAGE COPIES.

Error description

• When using consistent Flash Copy image copies the following
  error message can occur.
   .
   IKJ56231I DATA SET_ Image Copy Name_ NOT ALLOCATED, SYSTEM OR
             INSTALLATION ERROR TEXT UNIT X'0010' CONTAINS INVALID
             PARAMETER.
  This happens when we try to use the volumes of DSVOLSER column
  in SYSCOPY for allocation. DSVOLSER column should not be used to
  determine VOLSER information as the column contains information
  about checkpoint data and not VOLSERs.
