PI73934: THIS ENHANCEMENT ADDS A NEW X'6701' TYPE QMRU LOG RECORD FOR EACH MESSAGE THAT IS UNLOADED/DELETED BY QCF

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

Error description

• Mostly for diagnostic purposes, a new x'6701' type QMRU log
  record is being added for each message that is unloaded and
  deleted by QCF.

• Install the APAR to receive the fix. Specify WTO in QCFIN of
  QCF UNLOAD job to view QCF UNLOAD report in SYSLOG.
  
  "When the user specifies the WTO parameter in the QCFIN
  DD of a QCF UNLOAD job, only destinations that have been
  unloaded successfully will appear in the new output from the
  WTO parameter. Scrapped messages (includes active destinations
  that are flagged as scrapped and require to be stopped in order
  for QCF to unload them)."
