Error description

• IBM Rational ClearCase on SuSE Enterprise Sever (SLES) 11.x can
  in some instances have processes becoming stuck in an
  ininteruptable state or D-state.
  This occurs when there is a deadlock caused by MVFS incorrectly
  acquiring a mutex on some xattr operations.
