*                 who use the Catalog Manager utility.         *

* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The Catalog Manager utility incorrectly *
*                      issues MSGFABX0536E and ends with       *
*                      RC=08.                                  *

* RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
****************************************************************
The Catalog Manager utility incorrectly issues MSGFABX0536E and
ends with RC=08 under the following conditions:
 - IMS V13 APAR PI52794 is applied to the system, but IMS V13
   APAR PI69481 is not applied
 - DBRC is used

This APAR modifies the Catalog Manager utility not to use the
incorrect information built by IMS V13 with the above
conditions.

Problem conclusion
