Error description

• A table space was altered causing it to be dropped and
  recreated. The GRANT statement was created after a
  CREATE VIEW statement, but the CREATE VIEW failed with
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -551, ERROR:  <sqlid> DOES NOT HAVE THE
           PRIVILEGE TO PERFORM
            OPERATION CREATE VIEW ON OBJECT

  When creating a WSL to change the SEGSIZE on a table space
  and the table space is dropped/recreated, the WSL contains a
  GRANT statement on the table for >userID< and the GRANT
  statement is after the CREATE statement. After the change,
  the >userID< does not have select authority on the table, but
  prior to the change, the >userID< can create a view on the
  table. When executing the apply job, it fails with a
  SQLCODE=-551 / SQLCODEN551 error:
  
  DSNT408I SQLCODE = -551, ERROR: >userID< DOES NOT
  HAVE THE PRIVILEGE TO PERFORM
  OPERATION CREATE VIEW ON OBJECT >object_name<
