Error description

• Enabling the diagnostic alert "Connection Low Percent
  Efficiency Alert" of a server results in a
  NullPointException in SystemOut.log

  *                      Efficiency Alert" and HPEL, you get a   *
  *                      NullPointerException message.           *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  Enable the "Performance and Diagnostic Advisor Framework" of a
  WebSpehere server with the advice of "Connection Low Percent
  Efficiency Alert". If the logging is switched to High
  Performance Extensible Logging (HPEL), the advisor will
  generate the warning "RASD0010W: Runtime Throwable Exception
  in evaluteTriggerConditions java.lang.NullPointerException".
  

Problem conclusion

• NullPointerException will no longer be shown in the message.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
