Contexts and Dependency Injection's injection honours
classloader visibility and normally this excludes injecting
classes from a jar inside a war into a class inside an ear
lib. However when WebSphere Application Server is run in
single classloader mode this becomes a valid injection.
However Application Server did not have code to check if we
were in single classloader mode and enable this possibility

Problem conclusion

The missing code was added

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 8.0.0.13, 8.5.5.12 and 9.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
