Error description
When accessing files and directories via non-clearcase access to the exported IBM Rational ClearCase VOB and view there are intermittent EACCES errors returned. This occurs when VOB root directory does not have S_IXOTH set in it's permissions. WORKAROUND: None.

Problem conclusion
Capability checks appropriate for the NFS daemon accessing MVFS have been added to the MVFS permission checks for this case. This problem is fixed in ClearCase 8.0.1.14 and 9.0.0.4.
