PI73100: ABEND0C4 OCCURRED IN DAI SOT MODULE AIISCNTL, FAILING SOT ENTERS A HUNG STATUS AND WAS UNABLE TO RECEIVE NEW WORK REQUEST

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• An ABENDS0C4 occurred in DAI SOT module AIISCNTL. This caused
  the SOT to stop communicating with the TAS address space. The
  failing SOT entered a hung status and was unable to receive new
  work requests. Consequently new SOT addresses spaces are created
  to handle the incoming workload.
  This was first observed when close to 100 BTS client requests
  were processed by the failing SOT. But, BTS did not contribute
  to this situation.

Problem conclusion

• Updated modules resolve the ABENDs.
