APAR status

Error description

• During addNode non targetted applications files such as BLAs,
  CUs, assets got pushed to deployment manager config and can
  cause problems

  AddNode failed with the following error on the deployment
  manager log:

  Enterprise application data for composition unit
  "WebSphere:cuname=RESTAPIDocs,cuedition=BASE" could not be
  read.

Problem conclusion

• The code has been fixed to not upload BLAs, CUs, or asset
  files for non-targetted applications during federation.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fix pack 9.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
