  *                 users.                                       *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR adds IMS V15 support to       *
  *                      HPPC V3.1.                              *
  *                      Additionally, this APAR fixes ABEND0C4  *
  *                      in HD Tuning Aid running under IMS V14. *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR enables IMS High Performance Pointer Checker to run
  under IMS Version 15.
  *** Notes ***
  - When you use the Integrated DB Sensor function in HD Pointer
    Checker on IMS Version 15 environment, you need to apply APAR
    PI73196 to IMS Database Reorganization Expert V4.1.
  - When you use IMS Library Integrity Utilities' DBD map function
    or DBD reversal function in HD Pointer Checker on IMS Version
    15 environment, you need to apply APAR PI73057 to IMS Library
    Integrity Utilities V2.2.
  - When you monitor IMS full-function database VSAM data sets by
    Space Monitor or the Integrated DB Sensor function on IMS
    Version 15 environment, you need to apply APAR PI72067 to Tool
    Base V1.6.

  Additionally, this APAR fixes the problem that ABEND0C4 occurs
  in FABTHCHG CSECT around offset X'14E2' or in a PHDAM randomizin
  routine when the HD Tuning Aid utility runs under IMS V14 and on
  of the following conditions is met:
  - Randomizing parameters, high key values of partitions, or
    partition selection for the PHDAM database are changed
  - New partitions are added to the PHDAM database
  - A database is simulated as a PHDAM database
