Error description

• Starting with the fix for PI68502, in DB2 HPU 4.2 and from HPU
  4.3, the packages delivered via the maintenance stream no longer
  have versions.
  
  Package versioning will be reinstated to avoid SQL code -805
  after binding new maintenance.
