Error description

• With the suppressOnChangeEvent set to true, onchange events
  should always be omitted whenever a field's value is set
  programmatically.
  When executing a Dojo field's reset() function its observed the
  field's content is reset to blanks and although the
  suppressOnChangeEvent is set to true it incorrectly fires the
  onChange event.
