PI72671: /MYPORTAL/<VP> REDIRECTS TO BASE PORTAL LOGIN

Error description

• We are trying to specify a custom login page such that when a
  user navigates to a /myportal url before authenticating, they
  will land on our custom page. The issue is that this page
  exists on several virtual portals, and when a user navigates
  to /myportal/myVP, Portal is redirecting to the login page
  on the base portal every time.
