Error description

  • Support new IFCID 389 and 477 and two new fields of IFCID 125 in
Batch Record Trace:
- IFCIDs 389 and 477 are new in DB2 version 12.
- IFCID 389 records all indexes with Fast Traverse Block (FTB),
- IFCID 477 records allocation and deallocation  of an index
  Fast Traverse Block (FTB),
- IFCID 125 has two new fields in DB2 version 12: QW0125RE and
  QW0125AD

IFCID389 and IFCID477 are new for DB2 12.  They provide
data about index fast traverse blocks (FTB).

IFCID125 fields QW0125RE and QW0125AD concern runtime SQL
behavior (legs reordered and adaptive index processing).

DB2PM / DB2PE record trace needs to support these changes.
