Error description
For this APAR there are no observable errors. The negative impact is that cached statements will not be reused after the network timeout is changed, which may result in slightly decreased performance when performing JDBC operations.

Problem conclusion
It is not necessary for the network timeout connection property to be associated with statement cache keys so it has been removed. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 9.0.0.3.
