Error description

• Jenkins plugin fails artifact publish on slave node. When
  running a component version creation on a slave node,you will
  see an error:
  Base artifact directory does not exist when using the slave's
  workspace environment variables.

Problem conclusion

• A 'Callable' task was created, which can be serialized and
  passed to a slave node. This task can run on the slave node.
