Error description

• Duplicate TOSI initialization brings down the IMS Control Region
  with ABEND 0C4 in FOIAM40x module.

Problem summary

• ****************************************************************
  * USERS AFFECTED: All users of IMS Tools Online System inIBM   *
  *                 Tools Base V1.5 (FMID=HAHN150).              *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When IMS Partner Product exit routine   *
  *                      (PPUE) issues multiple initialization   *
  *                      calls, TOSI server gets S0C4 abend.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When IMS Partner Product exit routine (PPUE) issues TOSI server
  initialization calls more than once, FOI100I message is issued
  every time.
  IMS control region can continue normally at that point, however,
  S0C4 abend occurs after TOSI server processed any request from
  IMS Tools products.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following TOSI server modules have been changed to fix the
  above problem:
  - FOIITK0A, FOIITK0B, FOIITK0C, FOIITK0D, FOIITK0E, FOIITK09
