Error description

• When a d tcpip,,osainfo,intfname= is issued and the intfname
  starts with a number the following message is returned.
  
  EZZ0401I SYNTAX ERROR IN FILE: <CONSOLE> ON LINE: 1
  AT:'xyyyyyy' where x is a numeric value.

  TCPIP stack configuration logic fails to validly parse DISPLAY
  TCPIP and VARY TCPIP commands when an interface name beginning
  with a number is specified.  The EZZ0401I error message is
  issued for a valid command syntax such as 'DISPLAY
  TCPIP,,OSAINFO,INTFNAME=1000XXX'.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated TCPIP stack configuration logic to validly parse DISPLAY
  TCPIP and VARY TCPIP commands that specify interface names that
  begin with a number.
