PI72145: RECOVER OPTIONS ADDED IN UI41488

Error description

• DB2 V12 PTF UI41488 added the ability to recover to a copy that
  is no longer represented by a row in the catalog
  (SYSIBM.SYSCOPY). There is a new keyword parameter and 2
  subparameters added to the RECOVER utility. NOSYSCOPY indicates
  that the copy data set that is specified is not in the catalog,
  but use it (the copy data set) for recovery anyway.
  INLCOPY and FCCOPY indicate that the copy is in inline image
  copy format, or FlashCopy format. These are subparameters of
  NOSYSCOPY. DB2 accepts NOSYSCOPY without a subparameter. The
  behavior in that case is not documented (unless I missed it).
  These changes are only applicable for DB2 V12.
