Error description

• Add support for LIU enhancement in APAR PI71280.
  Control Suite PSB comparison screen, IDLP411P, allows for
  parameters within a PSB to bypass the comparison between PSBs.
  We would like for additional parameters to be added for
  comparison. These should include the following:
  PROCSEQ
  PROCSEQD
  PROCOPT
  LIST
  LANG
